Upon request, mattresses, bedlinen, kitchenware, etc... could be provided/left for you to use at no additional cost.
We prefer other expat families as we will eventually return back and, also, we know how hard it is to get decent sized and properly kept apartments for foreigners (being a foreigner myself…).
